By Monday, after many OTR 2026 attendees had departed, the effects of several heavy rainstorms were evident. Many areas stayed muddy around TRA campground. Numerous low areas and travel routes had become muddy. Deep tire ruts and churned ground were left by vehicles moving through the softened soil.
The aerial photo shows the extent of the conditions, including muddy sections in open camping areas, along access routes, and near frequently used parts of the campground. Despite the weather, attendees and volunteers continued to move through the site and complete the weekend’s activities.
