Old Timers Reunion (OTR) is gathering of cavers every Labor Day weekend just outside Beverly, WV. OTR provides caving opportunities, music with live bands, friendly caver-related competition, and loads of fun to approximately 1,500 cavers from across the country.

- Northeastern Cave Conservancy (NCC) – Committed to the conservation, study, management, and acquisition of caves and karst areas having significant geological, hydrological, biological, recreational, historical or aesthetic features.
- West Virginia Cave Conservancy (WVCC) – Preserving caves and karst features, and preserving access to caves and karst features, throughout West Virginia.
