Thursday noon-4 pm
Due to the positive response in 2023, we will repeat the special arrival procedure that was implemented then during this year’s arrival gate rush on Thursday from noon to 4 pm.
Gate Rush Arrival Procedure
Vehicles will be directed through the gate and onto overflow road, where a member of Security will greet the driver and collect their driver’s license. Any passengers will exit the vehicle at that time and queue for registration. The driver will then proceed directly to their camping spot, where they will park their vehicle, immediately walk back to registration, collect their ID from Security, and join their group in line.
People exiting the vehicle on overflow road should remember to bring their ID with them to registration. People parking their cars should return directly to Security to collect their ID from Security and then join their group in line.
We understand that special circumstances may arise, and we will work with you to make this process as painless as possible. We will not separate parents from children. Any vehicle displaying a disability placard or license plate will be permitted to park at the gate to complete their registration. Please bear with us as we continue to refine our process.
After 4 pm on Thursday, normal arrival procedures will resume, and arriving attendees will park where directed to check in or register.
