Meet Megan Jean’s Secret Family!
Everyone has a secret family outside the nuclear: caving compadres, drinking droogies, coworker cohorts, poker posses, cult cronies, sewing-bee sisters, homeboy brothers…you get the idea. Friday night, 9 p.m. at the OTR Pavilion, Megan Jean Klay (vocals, electric bass) brings to us her “Secret Family,” featuring muse Byrne Klay (electric guitar/ banjo/Tibetan Throat Singer), Tommy Bailey (drums, Fletchers Grove), Baltimore’s Eric Davis (electric guitar, multiple bands), and special adoptee for OTR “Mysterious” Mitch Sutton (keyboards, Optimus Riff) for a one night display of intense sonic alchemy pushing us eerily further down Alice’s kaleidoscopic rabbit hole.
