Merch Update
Merchandise will remain available for purchase online through Thursday, August 30th at 4:00. (Merchandise is in limited quantities so register early to make sure what you want to purchase is available.) After 4 pm on Thursday merchandise will only be available at the Merch Tent, and not available online.
Guest
Guests are welcome at OTR when invited and sponsored by a TRA regular member. (Guests may preregister online also.) TRA regular members may sponsor up to two adult guests. Family companions 18 years and older are considered guests unless they are TRA members. Guests under the age of 18 must be with their parent(s) or legal guardian, or lawfully under the custody of their adult sponsor with notarized proof of guardianship. Guests of all ages (except infants) pay the regular registration fee plus a $20 guest surcharge. Children of TRA members up to the age of 17 are not considered guests and do not pay the guest surcharge.
Onsite Registration (and Overnight)
Onsite registration will be open from the start of OTR on Thursday, August 30th, at noon until 1 am on Friday morning, reopening Friday morning and staying open until 1 am Saturday morning. If you arrive after registration is closed for the night, you can complete your registration on your own smart phone or a tablet at the gate and receive a temporary name badge, but you must have your TRA number to register at the gate. (Instructions will be available at the gate.) Registration re-opens each morning at 9, possibly earlier, and you can complete your registration and receive your regular name badge.
