The leadership teams of TRA and OTR have committed to adhering to the most up-to-date CDC and local guidelines concerning masks, social distancing, and other precautions pertaining to enclosed spaces. In the case of OTR 2021, these guidelines are most likely to affect entry into the registration building.
Based on current CDC guidelines, masks and social distancing will be required in the registration building. However, we will adapt as guidelines change.
NOTE: Pre-registered attendees will NOT be required to enter the registration building upon arrival on Thursday afternoon. We will have express check-in lanes open from Noon to 4 p.m. on Thursday. Pre-registration will be the fastest, most efficient means of getting to your campsite when the gates open.
Once onsite, most spaces remain open air. However, please note that individual vendors are permitted to establish their own store policies, so folks should be prepared with a mask to use if needed throughout the event.
OTR NOTICE ON HARRASSMENT:
We would like to remind everyone that we will not tolerate harassment of others regarding vaccination status, mask wearing, or social distancing. If you cannot respect our organization’s policies or our members’ preferences, please stay home. If our security volunteers have to respond to any harassment incidents, the involved parties will be asked to leave. We are all excited to come back to OTR, but we also need to respect and accept each other’s choices.
