Who can remember the OTR Doo Dah parades in the past where the TAFO and Standing Stone grotto “rivalry” was strong? When Trojan Rabbits were built…and then burned? Great times, right?
If you are new to OTR and want to know what a Doo Dah Parade is, I am going to quote our previous Doo Dah Grand Marshall “Sweet Old Bob” Addis and say that “It’s whatever YOU make it! It can be silly, it can be absurd, or it can be satirical. The important thing is to express the lighter side of yourself!” Back in 1988, yes, 1988, “Sweet Old Bob” was granted permission for a parade and it has stood the test of time. So, bring your grotto together and let’s make the 2022 Doo Dah Parade the best one ever…at least the best one in the past two years!
