We are all very saddened by the cancellation of the Old Timer’s Reunion (OTR 2020).
The TRA property has been closed since March 23,2020 to all visitation and our monthly TRA Work Weekends, under the direction of the TRA Executive Committee and TRA Operations Vice-President, have been cancelled due to the COVID-19 virus. This decision was made with the safety of our TRA volunteers and members of the local community in mind. While the Monthly TRA Work Weekends have been cancelled, there has been general maintenance and upkeep performed at the site as well as some specific utility upgrades to prepare for the Sauna project by a limited staff.
The TRA property remains closed and there will be no access available to the TRA property over Labor Day weekend.
We will have a security person on the site and we advise everyone to not attempt to enter the TRA property. If it is discovered that you trespassed onto the TRA property while the property is closed, the TRA Board of Trustees will take disciplinary action.
We sincerely wish that we could all get together to celebrate caving and spend time in fellowship with each other during OTR this year. However, we have to be cognizant of the safety of each other and the local community during this health crisis.
