Come to the OTR Event Tent Saturday at 11 a.m. for Yoga for Cavers. Are you a bendy, flexy Caver? Or is this something you would like to improve on?
Twila Bracken, 200-Hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) ,says, “You don’t have to be able to touch your toes; you just have to be willing to try. We won’t be twisting into a pretzel! This is a beginners yoga class but all levels are welcome.”
Ages 12 and up (Under 16, must be accompanied by an adult) What to bring: A yoga mat, sleeping mat, beach towel, etc. – and water. Prepare to bliss out!
